Directions:

From 5 North or South
Exit Pershing Drive
Turn Right at the junction of Pershing & Florida/26th
Turn left on Russ Blvd (looks like an "alley" just past Golf Course Drive- the first stop sign - at the top of the hill)
Park near the Community Center

From 805, 94 or 15
Take 94 W
Exit 28th Street turn Right
Follow to "A" Street, Turn Left
Turn Right on 27th it will deadend to the Park, must turn LEFT
2nd little building on right side is the Clubhouse.

From 163 S
Follow to where it becomes a street. 
Turn Left on "C" Street
Follow (for quite a way) to 26th Street, Turn Left
Just after "A" Street and BEFORE the next Stop Sign,
Turn Right into the alley (it's actually Russ Blvd)
Park near the Community Center. 

Sharp Mary Birch Hospital for Women

3003 Health Center Drive, San Diego 92123

The hour long class is held in the Grace Benbough room on the second floor of the hospital. Doctor's written permission required. First class is free 8 classes for $70.

NOTE: There are no blankets at this location, so you might want to bring one with you. A thick blanket would be good, so as to provide support for you in some of the poses. You could also bring a body pillow and/or 3 large beach towels.

Parking is Validated by Security in the main lobby.
