Explore the basics of mediation. In this class you will learn a comfortable seated posture and explore various ways to meditate. This will allow you to find what works best for you. Each session builds on the previous session, so it is important to attend all three classes.

This series will lead you through all the basic elements of a yoga class. We will explore guided relaxations, proper breathing techniques, how to best support your body in a variety of asanas (yoga poses) and cover some of the foundational principles of yoga. This is the perfect forum to get your questions answered and get you comfortable with all the aspects of a yoga class.
The instructor will actively assist you in each of the yoga poses to make sure you have the proper alignment. We want you to receive the maximum benefit from your yoga practice! This class is recommended for everyone - new and continuing yogis alike - as it prepares the student for a deeper understanding of yoga
